Work days are spent: within the Lethbridge office, I am multi-faceted in how my days are spent managing our clients. Quite often they are spent problem solving alongside clients, whether gaining understanding of the coverage they have or exploring and implementing better solutions.
The “why” to your work day: I love being able to help people. It is a great feeling when a client or colleague comes to me & I can help find the answer.
Outside of work, people find you: in my down time you can find me just hanging out with my husband, Jesse, and son, Henry. We like to camp in the summer & ski in the winter. I also in involved with our local community associations to help make Lethbridge a better place.
First car: 1985 Ford Ranger. A little manual truck that was blue with a custom heavy-duty bumper. Unfortunately, it didn’t last long & needed a full engine re-build.
Choice of one superpower: mind-reading

Work days are spent: working with clients on ensuring effective and efficient group benefit program strategies. Working with our Consultants to foster creative plan strategies.
The “why” to your work day: I like to solve problems for our clients and create transparency for them. Relieving their stress and finding solutions is very rewarding.
Outside of work, people find you: working out, running, golfing, biking and shooting.
First car: 1982 Camaro z28
Choice of one superpower: teleportation
Joined Silverberg Group in 2019 to provide administrative support to the account manager and sales team.
Studied at Lethbridge College and the University of Lethbridge, receiving a Post-Diploma Bachelor of Management Degree majoring in Finance in 2016.
Worked his way through school polishing his talents as a Bartender. Enjoys preparing delicious cocktails for friends and family!
Excited to flex his strong computer, technical analyst, and other skills in the Lethbridge office.
Active high school, college, and university Basketball official with the Southern Alberta Basketball Officials Association.

The “why” to your work day: I enjoy building relationships with the many interesting people I meet and helping them attain their business goals.
Outside of work, people find you: perfecting my love of golf and hunting; ultimately, family is what comes first though!

Work days are spent: working with an amazing team to support and serve our valued clients. I feel grateful to be able to do what I do, with whom I do it, and for whom we do it for!
The “why” to your work day: my focus is to ensure we are improving the physical and mental health of Canadians; specifically our clients, their staff, and families. I love math and I love people: Employee benefits is the perfect intersection of numbers and people.
Outside of work, people find you: doing my best to live my 5 F’s: Family, Friends, Future, Fairness, and Fitness. I also love to volunteer in the wonderful Edmonton community we live in.
First car: bright yellow Ford Fiesta with black and white checkered seats. At 16 years old, I was grateful!
Choice of one superpower: transportation – in time and geography
- completed her Bachelor of Law at the University of Alberta and became an associate and partner at Bryan & Company
- became general counsel at Silverberg Group in 2004
- supports many local charities; sat on the board of directors for eight years at ABC Head Start and is also a Big Sister
- loves to golf, watch her kids dance, play hockey, ringette and basketball
- enjoys spending time in the summer at the Shuswap!

Work days are spent: analyzing insurance carrier renewals and marketing responses to ensure that our clients are receiving the best value in a plan that suits their insurance needs. Monitoring best practices within the insurance industry and identifying resulting gaps for our clients.
The “why” to your work day: the enjoyment of working towards creative and productive solutions with our remarkable team, clients, and insurance partners.
Outside of work, people find you: relaxing with family and friends. Recreationally – on the soccer field or in the mountains whether it be the summer or in the winter.
First car: Volkswagen Jetta
Choice of one superpower: flight. For the ease of travel and the different perspective of the world.

Work days are spent: recording of all the daily financial activities Silverberg offices across the province.
The “why” to your work day: getting to work with this great group of people who continuously give their best to our clients every day is a gift.
Outside of work, people find you: mostly at my country home enjoying time outside tending to my acreage. Visiting family and spending time with my children.
